Founded by Chen, MBA, PhD — leadership coach, scholar, and change agent — The Moon Club is built on the belief that leadership is a mindset, and women are catalysts for meaningful change. Our programs integrate unique cultural experiences and leadership workshops and roundtables rooted in self-awareness and Cultural Intelligence (CQ) .
